1. The Gym is open from 5am to 10pm, seven days a week.
2. All members must check in with the front desk upon entering the gym.
3. Proper gym attire must be worn at all times (no jeans, tank tops, etc.).
4. Food and beverages are not allowed in the gym area.
5. All equipment must be returned to its proper location after use.
6. No running, shouting, or rowdiness is allowed in the gym.
7. All members must be at least 18 years of age.
8. Guests of members must purchase a day pass and abide by the same rules and regulations.
9. All members are responsible for their own personal items, and the gym is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
10. No outside personal trainers, coaches, or instructors are allowed in the gym without prior approval.
11. Members must respect the rights of other members and gym staff at all times.
12. Any damage to the gym or its equipment will be the responsibility of the member who caused it.
